Nothing Funny About Delicious Snacks

No joking here, I'm just hungry and wish I was scarfing this spread (also, that's what your dad said when he met my mom).

Also also, I have never seen people so irritated to be standing in such proximity to a good snack arrangement. This is like early photographs from the 1800s when no one smiled when they got their portrait taken.

That's because in the 1800's people were all like "What? It takes like 20 minutes to take this picture? Well fuck this shit, I'm not smiling for that long."

every single person is secretly plotting how to take down the person next too/in front of them so they can get their grub on big time

In some cultures, people still don't really smile for portraiture -- Japan, for example. Maybe that's the case here?

Alright, so I develop photos in a heavily populated Indian area. This is something that always gets me, they NEVER smile.

The best was the other day I developed an Indian family at Disneyland.

Plethora of laughs for me, a plethora of sour pussed faces for them!

The frowns are because, by looking at the china cabinet behind them, you can see that there is about to be an all out war over those 4 glasses.

Yeah, exactly: it's Indians. In ten years all the children will be bitter in their medical programs when all they really want to do is ...anything else. [/truth]

I like how the hats are covered in smiley faces.

LOL! My grandparents and older aunts and uncles take pictures like this. So odd! We can all be laughing and having a good time, but as soon as someone busts out a camera and instructs them to smile... stone faces. WTF?!?! Haha! (BTW, we're Mex.)
