since when do hippies wear skirts that hit above the ankle?
what do you think it is about the hippie dress code that it's ok to be more bare than usual on your shoulders - you see a lot of tube tops and weather inappropriate tank tops on hippies - but you can never glimpse a thigh?
those are hippies at Mardi Gras... the worst kind
