I can't stand when people say they don't like St. Patrick's Day. What's not to like? St. Patrick's Day is basically New Year's Eve without the "pressure" that everyone complains about. You don't have to worry about doing something exciting, you just show up at a bar and drink a shitload and watch some high school marching and in a parade (and if you're lucky, teenagers getting drunk). Is this insufferable to you? You hate fun and merriment?
Can you really tell me this is not the best day ever? Haven't the Irish people sufffered enough without you raining on their parade? As the Cranberries would say, do you have to let it linger? Zombie, zombie, zombeheheheheh?

that cop isnt celebrating st patrick's day hes celebrating st smashkick day.
holy shit I thought that was someones severed foot on the ground
I wish I was there for the last photo looks like a drunk frat party wooooo
Why there's green color everywhere?
I was having a hard time understanding the Cranberries reference. But then I was all like... she probably just got done finger banging her "roommate" and was wanting to up her dike street cred. I too once thought this blog was written by a jolly gay male. Not that there's anything wrong with that. I bet @party_pooper is hot too. What a waste of a good p of a.
In all sincerity though, love the site. Call me... we never talk like we used to.
I thought that last one was from Chicago. It couldn't be this year though, the South Side Irish Parade was canceled and shit like that.
St P's day looks fun over your way. Here I am in the next country to Ireland (and bits of both our countries overlap in an awkward political way) and there's no green flaoured Coors or green wigs and bandanas to be seen at all.
I'm not being sarcastic, inicidentally. I loved Halloween even when eeryone in the UK seemed to be saying "It's a horrible American celebration..." Do you know how hard it was to get hold of black balloons in the mid 90's? They all came round to my way of thinking about Halloween in the end.
Clearly US-style ST Patrick's Day would be the next way to go. Would green colouring in Pinot Grigo be considered festie enough?
Green beer in a mason jar? Hrm.
Should any of us drunk-tards let the youngins know that they will piss green tomorrow? Maybe it's just a rite of passage...
