I think I am in love...
Hi, I'm french, and I need an explanation. Why the hell you americans drink beers that way ?! I've never seen that in France and nobody could answer me. Is it to get drunk faster or something ? I do not understand, and I need to know T_T
"Shotgunning" a beer is similar to a beer bong, in that its meant to speed the consumption process.Shotgunning involves creating a hole in the beer can, putting mouth on hole, opening beer can's top with the tab, and quickly consuming the contents, without any need to allow air in to the beer can from where you're drinking.
Haha, that's funny.
Thanks a lot !
How come Americans are so childish when it comes to beer? Even the English -- a nation of pasty drunks if ever there was one -- don't play silly games like this.
Because it's fun! Sucks to be you because you're missing out.
I agree with Anon #1...I'm in love!
Damn, that's hot.
Brits don't need to shotgun beers because English beer tastes like beer, whereas many American beers taste like fetid swampwater, hence the need to fun/speed up the consumption process.
