I've never had a problem with the hanger loops making an unwanted appearance but then again I have never, in my life, been in the illustrated situation. I think if I were, the hanger loops would be the last thing I'd be worried about because I'd probably have a ruptured spleen and be choking to death on patchouli and body odor.
